When hiring, we utilize the DISC test. Anyone sending us a resume before an interview is requested to fill one of these out. There has always been a specific person who is the best fit for us in our cleaning company in Kelowna BC. It has been proven time and time again that when we hire wrong, it never ends well.
It's a small part of the process, and finding out who "The Right Person" was for us took a long time. It was all trial and error for the first 5 years of our company. Now, after 12 years, we know it like the back of our hand.
